What is dSS?
dSS is a digital signature system that is customized for your business so that you can allow your clients to sign contracts, leases, authorizations or any document electronically.
It saves you and your clients time, money, ink, paper and postage. You can still print your documents but they are saved as PDF files by default.

With Digital Authorizations, there is an annual Support & Maintenance fee which covers updating of your Digital Lease or Auth and sending of up to 350 Authorizations per year.
This fee is not due until year 2.
Does dSS integrate with my Rental Software?
Currently dSS only integrates with Hal Systems rental program. However, you can contact us to request that we integrate with your rental program.
How will the system work?
We can discuss with you exactly how the system will work whether you have Digital contracts, leases or authorizations. Every company does things a little different, so we will work with you to make the system work efficiently and to make it as easy to use as possible.
Digital Authorization Process
Digital Lease Process:
1. Agent saves lease as Word or PDF file.
2. Agent uploads lease to Docusign
3. Lease is sent to Tenant to sign
4. After Tenant signs, it automatically goes to Landlord to sign.
5. After both sign, a copy is sent to Tenant, Landlord and Realty.
Digital Lease Process: Tenant signs in Office
1. Tenant Signs lease in office
2. Agent scans lease to local office folder.
3. Agent uploads lease to Docusign or Adobe ESign and sends to Landlord
4. After Landlord signs, a copy is sent to Tenant, Landlord and Realty.

Year Two and Beyond: In year one, your Digital Authorization system is setup. In year two and beyond, there is a $250 fee to update your Authorization each year. They must be updated for new dates and any other changes you require. They must also be tested every year to make sure they work with any new updates from Docusign or Adobe ESign. There is then a fee each year to send the Authorizations. Currently $1 per Authorization.
